I have seen a lot of hotels, this one is unique and outstanding - thus a well deserved 10 out of 10, The house is not only well designed, it has style and combines heritage with highest standard modern facilities. The people working here are motivated and dedicated and demonstrate what hospitality means - an outstanding quality among todays tourism industry. Many 'small' things also make a difference - my favourite: the bathroom floor, heated and made of tiles which are a feast for the eyes and offer a haptic sensation.

Well designed rooms with lots of room. Good breakfast, great dinner menu. pictoresque location close to the historic center. located in a genuine restored palace.

Exceptional from start to finish! You get plenty of hotels calling themselves 5 Star which really aren't, this place definitely is. The hotel is a genuine palace, renovated to the highest quality and an absolute privilege to stay in. The staff are brilliant - friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful. We went for the junior suite and its among the nicest hotel rooms we've ever stayed in, well worth spoiling yourself if you're happy to pay a little extra. Breakfast is a delight and most importantly served until 11am(!) Lazy morning in bed, errrrrrrrrrr yes please. The location isn't the most central, but the walk to the old town is only a few minutes and a treat to go through the park leading up to the theatre and opera enroute. Thoroughly impressed with Dobry Hotels and we can't wait to stay with them again in Krakow.

Everything about this hotel is truly special. Our room was facing the park and so quiet and peaceful. We slept perfectly with no noise from other rooms or outside. I love the windows fully open and the room feels luxurious. The staff are outstanding. Champagne on arrival. Champagne at breakfast (if you want!) Speaking of breakfast - wow!! Just stunning. Spa is stunning too. Huge jacuzzi with powerful jets, ice shower, sauna, steam room, loungers to relax on. Honestly - this is probably the best hotel we have ever stayed at. Hall of mirrors is stunning too. Highly recommend. Short walk to old market square. Recommend Brusco restaurant near hotel for lovely food and huge portions. Beautiful park right next to hotel.

Everything, upon arrival the staff were attentive, friendly and smiley. Then the hotel itself was absolutely beautiful throughout. The facilities were wonderful we especially enjoyed the spa. The bedroom was immaculate with probably the most comfortable bed we've ever been in. My wife wants to put a massive shout out to the pillows too. There was just a lovely vibe around the hotel too and it's situated within walking distance or a tram stop of everywhere we wanted to visit

On entering the hotel there was an instant smell of freshness and cleanliness. We were warmly met by the friendly smiling staff and the glass of refreshing sparkling wine was very welcome on a hot afternoon. In only a few minutes we were checked in. As we headed to the lift we walked past an incredibly amazing open staircase which led up to the other levels. Our room (Superior double) was very large, airy and was immaculately clean. The bathroom and walk-in shower was outstanding. The shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand soap had a lovely fresh smell as did the body lotion. There was a Nespresso coffee machine with a good selection of coffee pods as well as a choice of different teas. Hair dryer, bathrobes and matching slippers were all supplied as was a short and very long shoehorn. The 65" tv had a good selection of channels and radio stations. There was lovely view of the river from the huge quadruple glazed windows. My wife loved it so much that she has already booked another stay in October. The Altus lives up to it's name, it is indeed a "Palace".

The hotel has recently been refurbished and has been finished to a very high standard. The reception staff are friendly, helpful and professional. The rooms we had were a good size and very comfortable with extras provided with bed turn down like biscuit treats. The airport transfer organised was perfect wilth comfortable cars and lovely drivers for a reasonable price. Breakfasts were catering for everyone with a super buffet section and items like eggs benedict that could be ordered as well. The location was close enough to walk to the old town centre but still quiet with lovely gardens nearby.

Loved everything about the hotel. The friendly, welcoming, and helpful staff, the amenities, the size of the rooms, the beauty, the wheelchair accessibility (and they also gave us a handicapped parking in front of the hotel). Loved the quality breakfast. Loved the location, adjacent to a quiet park and within walking distance from the old town.
